This internship offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on Cohere’s HR operations while developing skills in data management, system implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. As an HR Data Intern, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Rippling HRIS implementation—a project that will streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.
Real-World Impact: Your work will directly contribute to a major organizational initiative, ensuring HR data is accurate, structured, and ready for the new system.
Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience with HRIS systems, data validation, and documentation—skills highly transferable across industries and roles.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Work closely with HR and IT professionals, learning from their expertise and building valuable connections within the company.
Assist in auditing and cleaning existing HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Help structure and document HR processes and workflows for Rippling.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Support testing and validation of the Rippling system post-implementation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Experience with data organization, documentation, or structured workflows.
A degree in Information Science, Library Science, HR, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with HR processes or HRIS systems (preferred but not required).
