The EMEA Payments Product Lead role at Stripe is an opportunity to shape payments strategy across one of the world’s most complex and fastest-growing regions, influencing everything from local payment methods and conversion performance to regulatory readiness and market expansion. It is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to combine strong product judgment, deep payments expertise, and cross-functional influence to drive measurable customer outcomes at scale.
You will lead EMEA payments product capabilities at the center of Stripe’s long-term growth strategy. Working closely with merchants, partners, and cross-functional teams, you will translate a complex set of regional and strategic priorities into a clear, focused roadmap. With end-to-end ownership, you will define the vision, shape the product architecture, and drive execution across market expansion and core payment infrastructure. You will move with urgency to build and scale the systems behind critical payment flows across EMEA.
