As the Senior Manager for the Professional Services R&D team, you will be a foundational leader responsible for building and guiding a high-performing team of software engineers. You will blend hands-on technical leadership with people management to steer the development of innovative, reusable assets. This role is critical to establishing the team's culture, setting technical direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that will have a significant impact on Okta's ecosystem. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the assets, from conception and development to maintenance and support.
