We’re hiring a Director of Product Management to lead MyPay across both workplace and direct-to-consumer experiences. This is a highly strategic role focused on building a product that deepens member love while unlocking new avenues for growth. You’ll define the long-term vision, guide a team through ambiguity, and partner closely across the company to turn MyPay into a foundational part of the Chime ecosystem.
You’ll be stepping into a product that already plays a meaningful role for our members, but is still early in realizing its full potential. MyPay sits at the intersection of everyday financial behavior and long-term financial progress, with the opportunity to become a core part of how members engage with Chime. This role is about taking something that works today and evolving it into something members can’t imagine living without—while uncovering new ways it can drive meaningful, sustainable growth.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $239,000.00 and up to $330,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
