About The Roll*
Toast Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to drive experimentation and execution for an experience focused around the agentic management of restaurants and their people. You will design end-to-end AI-first experiences on surfaces like our customer-facing web and native mobile experiences. These platforms are the touchpoints that thread together the restaurant ecosystem and allow Toast to serve up the insights and opportunities that make restaurants great and employees happy. The agentic experiences you build will inform how a restaurant pays and schedules employees, how the restaurant team communicates and connects, and how restaurant employees can be supported in their professional development.
You will play a critical role in shaping how Toast supports its customers, ensuring our solutions are simple, intuitive, and highly functional. Your work will directly impact our customers’ ability to find solutions quickly, feel supported, and stay focused on running their businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work directly with other product designers to create experiences that reflect Toast’s commitment to excellent customer service and innovation in the restaurant technology space.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
