The Product Creative team is a small but mighty group embedded within Robinhood’s broader product design organization. We work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, engineers, and other creative teams to build and ship world-class product experiences, and uphold and evolve Robinhood’s distinctive identity. Our team believes in raising the bar on visual craft while maintaining system scalability and cohesion across every touchpoint.
As a Visual Designer on the Product Creative team, you’ll help define and shape Robinhood’s product design language. This role is ideal for a highly experienced individual contributor who thrives on ownership, brings deep expertise in visual design systems, and collaborates with teams across the company to ship iconic, user-centric work. You’ll work on high-impact product launches and the visual systems that power Robinhood’s growing suite of products.
This role is based in our Bellevue, WA, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
