About The Team + Role
The Agentic AI team is at the forefront of transforming Robinhood into an AI-native fintech company. We are building the foundational infrastructure and intelligent products that empower our customers and employees through multi-step reasoning, tool-using agents, and automated workflows.
As the Senior Engineering Manager, Agentic AI, you will lead the team responsible for both the agentic platform and agentic applicaitons. You will oversee the creation of the core infrastructure including LLM Gateways, memory, and evaluation frameworks, while also driving the development of high-impact products and autonomous customer support systems. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong software and machine learning engineering background, a passion for developer-facing platforms, and deep expertise in applied ML at scale.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA office, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
