How You Will Make an Impact
What you’ll master (Technical Requirements & Solution Architecture): Own the entire intake lifecycle, translating ambiguous business requests into airtight, comprehensive technical requirements documents (BRDs/FRDs). Partner directly with stakeholders to dig deep, ask the right architectural questions, and design scalable, well-structured Salesforce solutions that prevent technical debt.
Where you’ll lead (Technical Project Ownership): Independently manage mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps development projects from scoping through delivery. Drive alignment between business teams and development resources, maintain technical momentum, and ensure projects are completed on time with clear user acceptance criteria.
The legacy you’ll leave (Systems Optimization & Data Integrity): Continuously audit and improve system design, schema, and data flows. Ensure all technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, properly documented, and aligned with our broader enterprise architecture strategy.

If required for this role, you will:
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
> Mobile Device Policy
> Account Management Policy
> Access Control Policy
> Personnel Security Policy
> Privacy Policy
