We’re looking for an exceptional Director, HR Business Partner to join our People Team and lead our HRBP function. This role is responsible for designing and scaling the programs, environments, and systems that enable Garner’s team to perform at the highest level. You will lead HRBP for R&D Teams and manage HRBP team members responsible for other orgs. You will run all performance management processes, resolve employee relations issues and help uplevel Garner employees. This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role reporting to the CFO, with a direct report.
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The target salary range for this position is $240,000-275,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
