We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role will report to the VP of Strategy & Operations. This talented and motivated self-starter will be responsible for executing a diverse array of strategic initiatives across the business, with a focus on areas of high priority for Garner’s leadership team. You’ll be responsible for deploying management best practices and have the chance to learn what it takes to operate in a high-performance and high-impact environment.

The target salary range for this position is: $210,000-250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
