An opportunity has presented itself to identify a new Senior Partner Sales Manager in France. France remains one of Snowflake's most strategic markets in EMEA, and our partner ecosystem is accelerating fast — we need someone to pick up the baton and take it even further.
❄️ Strategy — You own the partner roadmap (GSI + RSI) in France. You design and execute a local strategy aligned to the country's growth objectives and to our EMEA partner strategy. You represent Snowflake France in the services market - you are the "go-to" Snowflake for every partner in the country.
❄️ Execution — You're in the trenches with the Country Manager and District Managers to drive bookings and consumption. You support Acquisition (Partner-Sourced Cap1) and Expansion (Use Case Wins & Go-Lives), ensuring partners are embedded end-to-end in our sales motion.
❄️ Leadership — You hire, develop, and scale a high-performing partner team in France. You elevate the people around you and build a culture of accountability, ownership, and ambition.

Understand the dynamics of the Data & AI services market in France - you know who’s moving the needle, so you can prioritise and place the right bets on GSI and RSI partners locally
Master Snowflake's value proposition and competitive positioning to drive selling and delivery with partners, navigating complex commercial and legal negotiations
Build and develop the French Partner team, executing Business Plans and Strategic Collaboration Agreements to drive Acquisition, Expansion, and solution development
Manage internal stakeholders, forecast calls, and pipeline reviews
Extensive years in the French cloud/data partner ecosystem. You know the local landscape, the key players, and how to build trusted C-suite relationships.

Proven track record of building and scaling partner-led revenue
Strong cross-functional collaboration — you work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery, and Legal to remove friction and accelerate partner success
