Marqeta is seeking a high-energy Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead demand generation strategy across our global sales segments, spanning North America and EMEA. In this strategic role, you'll set the direction for integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for our commercial and enterprise sales teams worldwide as well as building integrated campaigns within our B2B Enterprise marketing funnel.
You'll work closely with sales leadership, product marketing, marketing operations, and external media partners to design and run full-funnel programs across events, paid media, SEO/AEO, and outbound campaigns, primarily within our Named Account List segments. The ideal candidate knows how to build demand strategies for enterprise accounts that flex across regional and country-level nuances, activate prospect data and campaign insights across the funnel, and coach a growing team to deliver on shared pipeline goals.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role and requires employees to be based within 35 miles of our London office. You will be expected to work on-site two days a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on the other days.
