As Marqeta's Senior Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead and evolve our Credit onboarding team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for scaling the next generation of innovative credit onboarding platforms that power modern fintech experiences.
You will lead the Credit onboarding engineering team responsible for building, operating, and modernizing core components of our credit platform. This role requires a leader who sets a high bar, moves with urgency, and brings clarity in complex environments.
You will partner closely with Product, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver resilient, secure, and highly available systems at scale. We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position, reflected in CAD, is: 177,100 - 221,400
