About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, your core focus will be leading our Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy to maximize our brand's organic visibility, citations, and recommendation share across GenAI search engines (e.g., Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Gemini, Google AI Overviews). The remaining of your focus will involve managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across core platforms like Meta and Google Ads to drive cohesive performance growth.

Responsibilities
- AEO Strategy & Execution
- Formulate Blueprint: Formulate and implement comprehensive AEO tactical roadmaps to secure Appier’s brand presence and leading recommendation share across major AI search engines.
- Define Monitoring Metrics: Establish and track key KPIs (e.g., AI Share of Voice, Traffic Conversion from GenAI engines) to evaluate AEO effectiveness and regularly report actionable data insights to the executive team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic bridge between Content and Product teams, guiding them to structure brand assets and data into formats that AI engines can easily crawl and cite.
- Drive Business Problem-Solving: Demonstrate high commercial acumen by proactively identifying potential issues and defining core pain points. Take ownership to lead cross-departmental projects, collaborating closely with Data Analysts (DA), Product Managers (PM), and other teams to crack business challenges and deploy pioneering market solutions.
- Paid Media Campaigns
- End-to-End Execution: Independently plan, execute, analyze, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across core platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize subscription acquisition and user growth.
- Data Diagnosis: Conduct deep-dive data analysis based on campaign performance and market dynamics to provide concrete optimization strategies, budget-allocation recommendations, and proactive growth or mitigation plans.

- An individual with robust project ownership and a sharp attention to detail. You are highly focused, capable of sniffing out inefficient processes to drive self-initiated improvements, and consistently deliver professional outcomes under high-pressure environments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO/Technical SEO, Growth Marketing, with a solid, fundamental understanding of Semantic Search, Conversational UI, or AEO concepts.
- Hands-on Experience: Proven track record in independently managing and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Experience in driving subscription acquisition or working within the B2B SaaS industry is a major plus.
- Analytics Proficiency: Solid experience with digital analytics tools (such as GA4, Search Console) to track website traffic and campaign performance.
- Strong Logic & Tool Utilization: Ability to rapidly adapt to the evolving AI landscape, with a proven knack for leveraging Generative AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT) to significantly accelerate daily analysis and workflows.
- Global Communication: Business-level fluency in English to analyze global search engine dynamics, craft English reports, and align seamlessly with cross-border teams and stakeholders.
- Minimum BA/BS University degree or equivalent professional experience.
