CSC is dedicated to helping develop the talent of tomorrow through our internships and early career programs. We offer unique and exciting chances to work in a challenging environment, participate in professional development activities, and kick-start your career in the direction of your choice.
Internships
Since 2011, we've hosted interns in several different CSC locations, expanding the program each year.
These interns directly support business needs on their teams and have a variety of other opportunities over the summer. After completing the 10-week program, many of our interns continue to work with CSC part time or temporarily while in school, accept full-time offers with CSC upon graduation, or come back to join the team later in their careers.

Several workshops and networking sessions are offered to assist interns in sharpening their networking skills.
Key dates
Applications for our summer internship are accepted through late fall and into mid-January, with exact dates varying year to year. The program runs from June through August.
Intern Delaware
CSC is a founding member of Intern Delaware, a nonprofit focused on connecting talented interns to Delaware companies and retaining young talent in Delaware.

How do I apply for an internship?
Applications can be found by clicking “Openings” and searching for internships.

What’s the deadline for intern applications? When would the program begin and end?
The 2025 internship application deadline has passed. Applications for the 2026 internship program will open in the fall with a January deadline. The program will run from June through August. The timing changes yearly.

Is there an age or education-level requirement for the program?
Our summer internship program is for rising college juniors and seniors, students approaching graduation, or who recently graduated from a training program.

Yes, our internships are paid.

CSC internships are available to both U.S. and non-U.S. students.

What types of roles or teams typically hire interns?
Roles hired are largely based on the needs of the location and business unit. We offer diverse positions in technology, sales, operations, finance, marketing, and human resources.
