Our design team is strong and mighty, with about 60 amazing individuals from all walks of the industry and life located worldwide. As our company and our products grow rapidly, it is crucial to scale the experience of our product and our design team in the right way and with the right people. Every hire counts!
As Rubrik’s Palo Alto-based Director of Product Design, you will step into a pivotal role leading some of our key strategic investments and partnering with Engineering and Product leaders to empower a talented team—pioneering next-generation enterprise UX that cements design as our competitive differentiator and as a proud winner of the Red Dot and iF Design Awards.
