Sample Answer

In my final year project at the University of Karachi, we were a team of five building a campus event management web app. Early on, everyone was committing directly to main and breaking each other’s work, so I stepped in to bring some structure. I proposed we adopt a lightweight workflow: Git branching, code reviews, and a simple coding style guide for React and Node. I set up the repo, wrote the initial guidelines, and created a Trello board with 1‑week sprints and clear owners for each task. I also ran short “debug huddles” twice a week where anyone stuck for more than 30 minutes could bring issues. That alone cut our blockers noticeably—PR turnaround time dropped from 2–3 days to under 1 day, and we hit all three major milestones on schedule. Two teammates later reused the same workflow in their internships.
