By providing tools for 1-on-1 coaching, peer recognition, and engagement surveys, 7Geese helped organizations foster more transparent and collaborative environments. The company grew organically for a decade, serving over 300 organizations worldwide before being acquired by the US-based Human Capital Management firm Paycor in 2020. Following the acquisition, the 7Geese platform and its team were integrated into Paycor's suite of talent development products, effectively ending its tenure as an independent entity.
