About the job
As a Sr HRBP Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with senior leaders in Twilio’s engineering org to craft bold talent strategies that grow organizational capabilities, evolve ways-of-working, and fuel a culture built to deliver world-class CPaaS products. You’ll report directly to the HRBP lead for the Chief Product Officer and join a group of high-impact HR peers. This role is custom-built for someone who thrives in a product-development environment and is motivated to drive organizational success.

This role will be remote and based in Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta, Canada.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 10% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
