Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Developer to join our People Analytics team, reporting to the HRIS Manager. This temporary position is critical to enhancing our People Analytics capabilities and empowering our People & Culture stakeholders by delivering high-quality, scalable data solutions.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance existing Tableau dashboards and resolve backlogs
Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other dashboard optimizations
Build and maintain data pipelines and automation solutions to support scalable and reliable data environments
Perform data validation and testing to ensure high-quality dashboards and reports
Ensure continuous improvement in data quality across Tableau and Snowflake environments

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
3+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Tableau dashboards
Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and transformation
Experience building data pipelines and automation using Python
Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes, specifically within Snowflake
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with People Analytics or HR metrics such as recruiting, headcount, and attrition
Experience working with data from HRIS platforms like Workday
Day-to-day experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions
