We are looking for a Transformation Architect to join our Solutions Consulting team covering Germany, Austria & Switzerland. This is a fully remote role reporting to the Senior Solution Consulting Director.
Transformation architects work at the cutting-edge of Zscaler’s platform to create a multi-year cybersecurity vision together with our largest customers. This role is strongly customer-oriented and therefore requires engagement at mid-senior to practitioner levels within organisations while rewarding individuals who relish in-depth analysis of both business imperatives and technology infrastructure. Additionally, this role encourages lateral and creative thinking to guide customers drawn across all verticals towards a more secure, simplified future while constantly evangelising the benefits of a true zero trust approach along the way.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Drive Architecture Value by demonstrating the strategic value and ROI of platform offerings
- Lead Technical Evangelism and Champion Building through community engagement, technical content, and empowering internal advocates
- Execute Discovery and Qualification to uncover deep customer needs and align them with technical solutions
- Utilize Storytelling techniques to build emotional connections and enhance the impact of sales presentations
- Maintain Market awareness and competitive knowledge to tailor sales approaches based on in-depth analysis

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Extensive related experience in enterprise architecture, networking, or security
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise architecture combined with advanced working knowledge of networking or security
- Strong business acumen with the ability to pivot and control conversations during meetings to achieve desired outcomes
- Proven skill in building long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to develop tailored sales approaches informed by a thorough analysis of market dynamics and competitive landscapes
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Practical background in planning, designing, and implementing digital transformation within large multinational companies as a CXO, Enterprise Architect, or consultant
- Experience in business and industry analysis, including budgets, P&L, buying centers, and mapping technical benefits to business value
- Broad technology experience covering TCP/IP protocol stack, DNS, BGP routing, SD-WAN, GRE, IPsec, Layer-7 firewalls, Web Proxies, and Data Loss Prevention
