Role

Senior Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Coordinator On-site (San Jose, CA) Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive Briefings for the Marketing/Global CXO Programs

This role serves as a Senior Operational Lead for the Executive Briefing Center. You will orchestrate complex daily logistics and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure every briefing runs flawlessly. You will also identify opportunities to optimize operations and maintain our brand’s standard of excellence.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

Concierge & Hospitality: Provide a world-class experience for visiting customers and partners, managing registration protocols and guest reception, while serving as the primary liaison to anticipate and resolve logistical needs in real-time.

Operations & Logistics: Manage daily EBC operations, including room set-up/tear-down, vendor relationships, and inventory control for swag and supplies. Coordinate with facilities and IT/AV teams to ensure all equipment is meeting-ready.

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the briefing calendar to maximize utilization, proactively resolving complex scheduling conflicts and prioritizing high-stakes visits. Partner with account teams to ensure all logistical requirements are captured prior to meetings.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records in briefing management tools (e.g., Salesforce/Nexus) and generate reports on utilization metrics and post-briefing survey results to drive continuous program improvements.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

4–6 years of experience in executive briefing coordination, corporate event planning, high-end hospitality, or senior-level administrative support.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to interface professionally with C-level executives and negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Hands-on experience using Briefing Management Software such as VisitOps, Nexus, or Briefing Source, as well as Salesforce.

Previous experience working within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology company.

Experience training or mentoring junior team members, or leading operational process improvement projects to scale EBC efficiency.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$87,500—$125,000 USD
