About the job
This role is responsible for driving measurable revenue impact in EMEA through data driven lifecycle and engagement programs. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics to design, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, in-product surfaces, and other channels. The position uses customer insights and behavioral signals to shape lifecycle strategies, improve activation and adoption, and run experiments that raise overall customer value. The goal is to create a cohesive experience that moves customers through key moments, strengthens product usage, and accelerates growth for Twilio.
Responsibilities
Due to the unique challenges in EMEA, from compliance and product availability to language barriers, this role offers an opportunity to take full ownership of our self-service ecosystem. With thousands of developers building on Twilio, there is no one-size-fits-all solution, which is where targeted campaigns and tactics can help us to unlock the opportunities for those users.
A test and learn approach is at the heart of this position. Building and challenging hypotheses, while engaging stakeholders and peers to drive performance across all channels.
