Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Sr. Manager, FP&A to join our FP&A team.

About the role:
The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis owns broad strategic financial planning, analytics, and business insights for important teams within the company. You will support leadership in identifying opportunities and plans to achieve the near, mid, and long-term top-line and margin targets of the organization. You will create new processes, reporting and guidelines to ensure visibility into patterns and projections, and present findings to senior leadership on a regular basis.
You will report into the Sr. Director, FP&A.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $149,040 - $195,615 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
