Experience: At least 1+ years of experience leading a Sales Development (SDR) team within a SaaS environment
Operational Excellence: Strong focus on data analysis and operational rigor to identify growth levers and optimize performance
Leadership & Coaching: A proven track record of overachieving targets and a passion for enabling and mentoring sales team members
Work Environment: High willingness to experiment, challenge the status quo, and adhere to a 4-day-per-week in-office policy
