Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a VP of Analytics and Insights to join our Data Science team.

About the role:
The VP of Analytics and Insights will be a pivotal leader, tasked with building and scaling the Analytics and Insights function to drive data-informed decision-making across the entire organization. This role requires championing both business strategy and the underlying data infrastructure, including the semantic and business data layers. A key responsibility is ensuring that insights are both actionable and underpinned by a robust engineering foundation. This leader will build and manage integrated teams of analysts, analytics engineers, and insights professionals (covering user, market, and other research competencies).
You will report into the SVP, Data.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $264,132 - $346,673 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
