Editorial policy
Last updated
Every page on VirtualInterview.ai follows six rules: product facts come from the product, competitor facts are dated, numbers need a source, examples are labelled, dates mean a real change, and practice pages are not advice. Guides are published under the company name until named authors are listed.
Product facts come from the product
Prices, plan limits, languages, round formats and scoring dimensions are not typed into pages by hand. Every page reads them from the same configuration the product bills and runs on, so a price change reaches every page at once.
Competitor facts are sourced and dated
Every competitor price or feature on a comparison page was read from that vendor's own pages, and each entry records the date it was read. Comparison pages say where the other tool is stronger. We do not publish star ratings or scores for other products.
No invented numbers
We do not publish user counts, success rates, ratings or "studies show" claims that we cannot show you the source for. Where a number would help and we do not have one, the page says so instead of guessing.
Examples are labelled
Sample answers, sample reports and resume bullets are written to illustrate a point. They are marked as examples and are not taken from real candidates. Placeholders such as [X] mark figures only the reader can supply.
Dates mean a real change
The "Last updated" date on a page changes only when its content changes. The same date is used in the page's structured data and in the sitemap, so search engines and readers see one date.
Practice, not advice
Pages about visa, residency and similar interviews explain how to practise. They are not legal, immigration, medical or career advice, and they say so on the page.
Reporting an error
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, email support@virtualinterview.ai with the page address and what needs to change. A correction updates the page and its date; user-visible product changes are listed in the changelog. Scoring is explained separately on the methodology page.
