Minimal resume template: white space, hairlines, tracked caps
Minimal is a single-column design that relies on wide margins, hairline rules and widely tracked capital section titles instead of colour or ornament. It suits readers who want a clean page that still looks designed.

Who the Minimal template is best for
- Designers, researchers and consultants who want restraint rather than decoration
- Mid-career professionals with a focused story and room to leave white space
- Roles where the reader will scan a PDF on screen
Less ideal for: Very long work histories: the 21 mm margins and 9.5 pt body leave less room per page than denser families.
ATS notes for the Minimal layout
This is a single-column family, the layout that reads in the simplest order.
- Single column in every template of the family, with the contact details on one inline row.
- Section titles are capitals with wide letter spacing; they are still ordinary text, so confirm in the analyzer's ATS view that each heading comes through as a heading.
The only way to know what a parser reads from your own file is to look: export it, then run it through the ATS resume checker.
